Important Reminder about Mileage Claims!

Mileage claimed through the Kistler Center is for community integration and non-medical transportation. 
Medical transport should be claimed through Verida (See below for additional information) 

Miles for medical appointments will not be approved by the CCS. 
When claiming mileage for community integration and non-medical transport, please include specific places you go and the miles.

Example: 
I took Amy from her home to Walmart (8 Miles) to get some groceries for the week. We then went by Sonic (2 miles) to get a drink on the way home. From Sonic, we returned home (7 miles).

Total miles: 17
