Christopher Meredith

Director of Waiver Services

Christopher “Chris” has over 10 years of leadership/management experience and over 7 years of waiver knowledge and working with the developmentally disabled in our area of the state. He states his goals include helping the waiver team in any way possible and growing the waiver program in hopes that we can reach more individuals in the community that could benefit from our waiver services. He has a passion for helping people and is driven to help those most in need. Chris earned an Associate’s Degree in Ethics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Mid America Christian University.




Hannah Schultz

Associate Director of Waiver Services

Hannah’s experience in the human services field of office management, leadership, crisis management, and case management, is a true asset.  She graduated from Henderson State University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently attaining her Master’s degree in Public Health.  Hannah is always positive and upbeat.  She is a hardworking and dedicated team player for our CES Waiver department.





Jennifer Kistler

RN, Medication Management

After 44 years of leading the Kistler Center, Jennifer Kistler transitioned in 2022 from her role as executive director to one of  a consulting nature, providing support as needed. In addition, she continues to use her skills as a registered nurse to provide education and assistance to Kistler Center staff and families.

Jennifer is a long-time advocate for people with disabilities and has served a wide range of disability and nonprofit groups. She has been recognized for her leadership at the local and state levels, including the Healthcare Community Leadership Award, Firekeeper Award and Arkansas Volunteer Coordinators Association Boss of the Year.
